Ok fixed the broken Guide button and rewired the ground for these contacts as they are sooooo small....

Ok so it took a month, but i think I could do it again in a week now i have the parts.. It was a slow and painful process often seemingly with little to show for hours of work, but its now finished...
The final pictures of the compete xbox 360 gamestick controller.. WITH GRAPHICS and perspex fitted and attached..

Back view, with cable holder, and plugged hole exit.. Breakable USB cable added to stop it from yanking the box inside out if someone tugs it or steps on the cable while its plugged in!!

Its finished, tested, connected to PC and 360.. Street fighter plays nice, stick is a little loose, but will investigate how to tighten it up, prob just with a new spring..
NOW I NEVER WANT TO SEE IT AGAIN.... ;-)
