The perspex i had cut (the white sheet) previously was too thick for my liking and I was annoyed that it cracked between 2 of the buttons so i've got some 2mm stuff as opposed to the 3mm I used before and drilled the holes again for a new lid..
New perspex!! blue!! and new better holes drilled with the hole bits not the bloody adjustable hole saw thing... never again..
New lid fitted into box.. Much tighter, much more flush with top of box, hope the perspex is nice and clear but i'm reluctant to remove the blue protective layer till the last second..
More painting tomorrow and that will be the last of the external work I hope..
